Skin Care Routine
Healthy skin comes from having a good daily facial skin care routine. A Proper skin care routine helps to get rid of all skin problems like pimples, acne or pigmentaion.Having a good daily skin care routine is very important to the health of your skin and is an essential step towards having a good complexion.
Few simple tips for routine care:
*Wash your face every morning with lukewarm water after brushing your teeth. This helps to make skin breath fresh air.
*Apply a pre- bath pack. I personally prefer a oil massage before bath , which help to open the pores and cleans them. Massage can be done using seasame , coconut, almond, olive oils. Pack can be made of lemon juice and pinch of turmeric to clean before bath , this pack also helps to lighten the skin.
*Use a soap free face wash for face during bath.
*Massage your face with a good moisturizer after bath, if required then use with spf. Fresh Aloe Vera gel can be applied.
*Wash face with cold or tap water 3-4 times a day.
*Night routine is highly important as this is when our skin rests , and so routine of cleaning , toning, moisturising is important.
.Cleansing with cleansing milk or mixture of 1 tsp chickpea flour, pinch of turmeric, 1 tsp of milk can be used to clean the skin.
.Toning with a good toner or rose water or ice cube can be used as toner.
.Moisturizing with a good moisturizer, gycerine with lemon juice acts as best night moisturizer.
Weekly clean ups and monthly facial is highly recommmended for skin routine.
